How to Pay Yer Bill

• We do our best to get you what you want and need.
• We bill our work hourly and keep track to the minute.
• We invoice monthly with net 30 terms (except for pre-paid/retainer arrangements.)
  
• We partner with you. This means you are responsible for proofreading and testing sites when we deliver our first and final drafts.
  
• We love working with deadlines but we have to charge $25 per hour extra for rush work .
• We charge a $25 late fee at each billing cycle if neither payment nor arrangements have been made.
• We offer an easy payment plan so payment is never a hardship.
• We keep copies of all of your files but can never guarantee their safety 100%. Therefore, we suggest you request an annual backup CD or create a Dropbox
  account for us to work with.
• Copyright laws protect both artists and end users, so all images and material must be owned or licensed by the client.
